Management Structure

Editor-in-Chief

Sets editorial strategy, makes final decisions on submissions, chairs the editorial board and represents the journal to indexing services.

Associate & Section Editors

Handle submissions in their thematic areas, assign reviewers and recommend decisions to the Editor-in-Chief.

Managing Editor

Coordinates workflow, communicates with authors and reviewers, monitors timelines and ensures policy compliance.

Publisher (Research and Publications MChJ)

Provides infrastructure, legal entity, indexing fees and long-term archiving — but does NOT influence editorial decisions on individual manuscripts.

Editorial Independence Statement

The Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board of Ta'lim Fidoyilari hold full and exclusive authority over all editorial decisions, including the acceptance, rejection, revision and retraction of manuscripts. The publisher, Research and Publications MChJ, provides operational, financial and technical support but exercises no influence over the editorial evaluation of individual submissions, the selection of reviewers, or the content of accepted articles. No advertiser, sponsor, funder, institution or government body has the right to interfere with editorial decisions. Any attempt to exert such influence will be documented, refused and — where appropriate — publicly reported in accordance with COPE guidelines.
