Financial Transparency Statement

Research and Publications MChJ maintains audited annual accounts under Uzbek law. The journal commits to publishing aggregate financial information (total APC revenue, waiver counts, sponsorship totals) in its annual transparency report. No editorial decision is, has ever been, or will be influenced by the ability or willingness of an author to pay an APC. Editors are explicitly forbidden from knowing the APC payment status of any manuscript under review, and reviewers are never informed of APC arrangements.
