Abstract

Zamonaviy toksikologik kimyoda biologik namunalarda zaharli moddalarni aniqlash inson salomatligini muhofaza qilish, zaharlanish holatlariga tezkor tashxis qo‘yish hamda sud-tibbiy ekspertiza jarayonlarini ishonchli dalillar bilan ta'minlashda muhim o‘rin tutadi. Biologik obyektlar tarkibida toksik moddalar ko‘pincha juda past konsentratsiyalarda uchrashi sababli yuqori sezgirlik, selektivlik va aniqlikka ega analitik usullardan foydalanish talab etiladi. Mazkur maqolada toksikologik kimyoda keng qo‘llanilayotgan gaz xromatografiyasi, yuqori samarali suyuqlik xromatografiyasi, xromatografiya-mass-spektrometriya, atom-absorbsiya spektrometriyasi, induktiv bog‘langan plazmali mass-spektrometriya hamda immunokimyoviy tahlil usullarining imkoniyatlari tahlil qilindi. Shuningdek, biologik namunalarga dastlabki ishlov berish bosqichlari, analitik natijalarning ishonchliligiga ta'sir etuvchi omillar hamda laboratoriya diagnostikasida zamonaviy texnologiyalarni joriy etish istiqbollari yoritildi. Tadqiqot natijalari toksikologik tahlilning samaradorligini oshirishda kompleks analitik yondashuv muhim ahamiyat kasb etishini ko‘rsatadi.
