Abstract

Mazkur maqolada Mirzo Ulug‘bekning ilmiy merosi hamda uning ilm-fan taraqqiyotiga qo‘shgan hissasi tarixiy-tahliliy yondashuv asosida o‘rganildi. Tadqiqotning maqsadi Ulug‘bek tomonidan yaratilgan ilmiy maktab faoliyatini tahlil qilish va uni zamonaviy ilmiy boshqaruv modeli nuqtai nazaridan talqin etishdan iborat. Ish jarayonida tarixiy manbalar, qiyosiy tahlil va ilmiy umumlashtirish metodlaridan foydalanildi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatdiki, Samarqand rasadxonasi nafaqat astronomik kuzatuv markazi, balki ilmiy faoliyatni tizimli tashkil etgan ilmiy maktab sifatida faoliyat yuritgan. Ulug‘bek tomonidan yaratilgan ilmiy muhit strategik rahbarlik, ilmiy jamoa hamkorligi va davlat tomonidan qo‘llab-quvvatlash tamoyillariga asoslangan. Mazkur tarixiy tajriba zamonaviy ilmiy boshqaruv tizimlari uchun muhim nazariy va amaliy ahamiyat kasb etadi.
