Abstract

Maqolada empagliflozinning surunkali yurak yetishmovchiligi (SYE) va surunkali buyrak kasalligi (SBK) bo‘lgan bemorlarda yog‘ to‘qimasiga ta’siri o‘rganilgan. 6 oylik davolashdan so‘ng bioimpedansometriya umumiy, visseral va teri osti yog‘ massasi sezilarli darajada kamayganini, kardiometabolik ko‘rsatkichlarning yaxshilanganini va buyrak filtrlash tezligiga (SKF) sezilarli ta’sir ko‘rsatmaganini ko‘rsatdi. Empagliflozin istiqbolli dori sifatida ko‘rib chiqilib, qo‘shimcha tadqiqotlarni talab qiladi.
