КЛИНИЧЕСКИЕ ПРОЯВЛЕНИЯ И ТЕЧЕНИЕ РЕЦИДИВИРУЮЩЕГООБСТРУКТИВНОГО БРОНХИТА У ДЕТЕЙ С ПЕРВИЧНОЙГИПОТЕНЗИЕЙ

Abstract

Обследовано 40 детей в возрасте от 3 до 7 лет. Основная группа состояла из 12 детей с рецидивирующим обструктивным бронхитом с подтвержденным диагнозом первичной артериальной гипотензии (группа 1), группа сравнения состояла из 18 пациентов с рецидивирующим обструктивным бронхитом и нормальным артериальным давлением (группа 2), контрольная группа состояла из 10 условно здоровых детей. Обследование включало сбор анамнеза, клинико-лабораторные исследования. Установлено, что в развитии рецидивирующего обструктивного бронхита у детей с первичной артериальной гипотензией важны неблагоприятные факторы семейного анамнеза, патологическое течение беременности и родов у матери, а также особенности преморбидного фона в постнатальном онтогенезе.
