Abstract

Mazkur maqolada yarim o’tkazgichlar asosida optoelektron qurilmalarining ishlash prinsiplari va ularning zamonaviy qo’llanilishini ketma-ketlik tamoyili orqali tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek maqolada optoelektron qurilmalarning ba’zilarini tushuntirishda qo’llaniladigan pedagogik metodlar tavsiya qilingan.
