Abstract

THIS ARTICLE INVESTIGATES THE CURRENT STATE OF AI ASSISTED LANGUAGE LEARNING (AIALL) IN UZBEK HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS (HEIS), WITH A FOCUS ON PRACTICAL IMPLEMENTATION, STRUCTURAL BARRIERS, AND FUTURE PROSPECTS. DRAWING ON OBSERVATIONAL DATA AND PRACTITIONER EXPERIENCE FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF WORLD ECONOMY AND DIPLOMACY (UWED), THE STUDY IDENTIFIES THE DOMINANT AI TOOLS EMPLOYED BY LANGUAGE LEARNERS, MAPS THE KEY OBSTACLES TO SYSTEMIC ADOPTION, AND PROPOSES A PRACTICAL FRAMEWORK FOR SUSTAINABLE AI INTEGRATION IN THE CENTRAL ASIAN HIGHER EDUCATION CONTEXT.
