Abstract

Ushbu maqolada oliy ta’lim jarayonida menejment kompetensiyalari, tanqidiy tafakkur va refleksiya ko‘nikmalarini shakllantirish masalalari yoritilgan. Tadqiqotda nazariy manbalar tahlili asosida PBL (muammo asosli ta’lim), reflektiv amaliyot va jamoaviy loyiha metodlarining ahamiyati ko‘rsatib beriladi. Maqolada talabalarda boshqaruv, tahliliy fikrlash va o‘z-o‘zini baholash kabi kompetensiyalarni rivojlantirishga qaratilgan yondashuvlarning ilmiy asoslari keltiriladi. Natijalar talabalarning tanqidiy tafakkur, refleksiya va menejment qobiliyatlari o‘zaro bog‘liq ravishda rivojlanishini isbotlaydi. Shuningdek, maqolada kompetensiyalarni shakllantirishda faol metodlar, reflektiv yozuvlar va loyihaviy yondashuvlarning samaradorligi nazariy jihatdan asoslanadi.
