Abstract

Ushbu tadqiqot pedagog kadrlar malakasini oshirish tizimini transformatsiya qilishda sun’iy intellekt (SI) texnologiyalarining integratsiyasini tahlil qiladi. Maqolada pedagoglarning kasbiy ehtiyojlarini diagnostika qilish, shaxsiy rivojlanish xaritalarini (Individual Development Tracks) avtomatik shakllantirish va ularni boshqarishning intellektual algoritmlari taklif etilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari ta lim menejmentida inson omilining subyektivligini kamaytirish va malaka oshirish jarayonining samaradorligini matematik modellar yordamida isbotlashga qaratilgan.
