Abstract

Ushbu maqolada o‘simlik parazitlari va erkin yashovchi nematodlarni o‘rganish va ajratib olish jarayonida qo‘yilgan asosiy dala va laboratoriya metodlari tizimli yoritilgan. Namuna olish tartibi, tuproq va o‘simlik materiallarini tayyorlash, nematodalarni yig’ish va zamonaviy uskunali Cobbning elash-quyish usuli, Baermann voronkasi usullari bayon etilgan. Ta riflangan metodlar fitonematologiya amaliyotida turlarni aniqlashning ishonchliligini tekshirish va diagnostika jarayonida yuqori aniqlikni ta minlashga xizmat qiladi.
