Abstract

Onkogenez — hujayralarning genetik va epigenetik o‘zgarishlari natijasida nazoratsiz proliferatsiyaga o‘tish jarayonidir. Jarayon protoonkogenlarning faollashuvi va o‘smani bostiruvchi genlarning inaktivatsiyasi bilan bog‘liq. DNK reparatsiya tizimidagi nuqsonlar genom beqarorligini kuchaytiradi. Epigenetik modifikatsiyalar gen ekspressiyasining buzilishiga olib keladi. O‘sma rivojlanishida hujayra sikli nazoratining yo‘qolishi muhim ahamiyatga ega. Apoptoz mexanizmlarining susayishi shikastlangan hujayralarning saqlanishiga sabab bo‘ladi. Metabolik qayta dasturlanish saraton hujayralarining energetik ehtiyojini ta’minlaydi.O‘sma mikroatrofi proliferatsiya va invaziyani qo‘llab-quvvatlaydi. Immun tizimdan qochish mexanizmlari o‘smaning barqarorligini oshiradi. Epitelial-mezenximal transformatsiya metastaz jarayonida muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Molekulyar profiling texnologiyalari individual xususiyatlarni aniqlash imkonini beradi. Onkogenezni chuqur o‘rganish erta diagnostika va maqsadli davolash strategiyalarini takomillashtirishga xizmat qiladi.
